Appointments & Scheduling

 

All services are by appointment only. Please call in advance to shcedule an appointment. We recommend that guest check in at least 15 minutes before scheduled service(s).

 

Late Arrivals

 

With any late arrivals, spa service(s) will finish at the scheduled time, while the normal service fee remains unchanged. For some treatments, late arrivals may not be able to be accommodated.

 

Cancellations & No-shows

 

The center should be informed as soon as possible of any cancellations. While we make every effort to accommodate our guests, we do require a minimum of 24 hours in advance if canceling or rescheduling a single-service appointment, and 48 hours before weekend, multiple, and package services. 

 

Jewelry & Valuables

 

Many of our treatments involve some type of work on the neck and hands with creams or aromatherapy blends. It is advisable not to wear jewelry and to keep any other valuables at home. Each of our treatment rooms has a small bowl where valuables can be placed while receiving a service. Mystic Holistic Wellnes cannot be responsible for any lost items.

 

Prices

 

Prices are subject to change without notice. Please confirm prices when booking your appointment as prices of items in our center may change before we have a chance to update them online. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

Payment

 

We accept all major credit and debit cards (5% fee applies), Paypal (5% fee applies), cash, and Mystic gift certificates.  Sorry, no personal checks are accepted. We request that all gratuities be paid in cash.

 

Tipping & Gratuities

 

Extending a gratuity as a result of your experience is at the discretion of our guests and appreciated by us. Gratuities are not included in any of our treatment prices or gift cards. The industry standar for tipping is usually 15-20% of the regular price of a treatment, but the amount is completely at your discretion. Tips may not be charged on a credit card.

 

Gift Certificates

 

Gift cards and gift certificates do not expire and are fully transferrable. Prices are subject to change at any time. Gift cards and gift certificates are not redeemable for cash, cannot be used to purchase another gift card or certificate, cannot be used for gratuities, and must be presented at the time of the scheduled service(s) in order to be redeemed. Gift cards may be used to purchase merchandise.

Gift certificates are considered to be the same as cash, and it is necessary to have all records pertaining to it. Lost or stolen gift cards or gift certificates can be replaced only with proof of purchase and identification and then may be redeemed if not used (with or without permission) previously.

Purchase of gift cards or gift certificates implies acceptance of all terms and conditions.

 

 

Inform our staff of high blood pressure, pregnancy, injuries, allergies (especially seafood allergies), or any other significant medical conditions when booking your treatments. Please inform us of any medications you may be taking, especially Retin-A, Accutane, or any photosensitizing medications.

 

Communicate with your treatment provider. The best treatments require honest communication with your practitioner. During your treatment, let your practitioner know if you feel any discomfort or would like special attention on a particular area. Please alert your practitioner to any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, surgeries, or medications you are taking as they may affect our ability to perform your requested treatment.
